Journey

Make it stand out

Visualize August 28, 2025

Earlier this summer I Kayaked Saturday morning in a group in Jamestown lake in North Carolina. While on the water, the conversations with the group flowed into life journey topics about visualization. To visualize attracts goals. Whether in writing, speaking or in thought. Goals can be from opening a business, creating community, to a vacation trip, words have energy. Expressing thoughts into words and writing it down consistently can eventually lead to accomplishments. While fear can create limitations if you let it, replace it with faith.

Have the vision for your life, be the driving force of your own destiny.  Grow in confidence. Take some risks that are healthy to achieve the next level of your potential. Dream? Absolutely. Create, visualize and take action. Actions however small can have an impact.

Recently on Instagram an inspirational video by @Vibrateandcreate highlights, “Every morning when one wakes up visualize and feel exactly what it is that you want in life. You don’t have to worry about how it happens just focus all your energy on feeling as if it had already happened. And if you do then the right circumstances, the right people and opportunities will show up to get you the visual you have for your life.

The combination between the video along with the advice given during Kayaking trip all connects. We are authors of our journey. Focus on your unique path don’t compare it with others.

We are not perfect, but always evolving and learning.

At times the demands of life, careers, family, or personal, becomes center stage. Go with the flow, keep on the faith with kindness, and patience. Stay positive, determined and visualize.
